Our THM Chicken Alfredo Recipes ...Yummmy!

Chicken Alfredo    (S)

Ingredients:
  • 5-6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenders
  • coconut oil
  • Yellow, Orange and Red peppers, deseed & dice
  • squash and zucchini, sliced
  • Onion, diced
  • broccoli
  • Newman's Alfredo Sauce
  • Sea Salt & Pepper
  • a little Garlic powder, Onion Powder & a little Tony Catchere's (optional)
  • Deamfields pasta
 Directions:
  1. Bake Chicken Tenders about 30-40 minutes or until juices are clear. 
  2. While chicken is baking, dice vegetables, then melt a little coconut oil in a pan to saute veggies. Once melted add veggies, except broccoli, to saute. 
  3. Once peppers, onion, squash and zucchini are tender add Newman's Alfredo Sauce, and continue to cook over med. heat.
  4. Once chicken is done, dice or shred it and add it to the veggies and Alfredo sauce.
  5. Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil, add Dreamfield pasta (follow directions on box)
  6. Then add Broccoli, salt, pepper and other desired seasonings.
  7. Continue to cook, turn down to low and let simmer about 10 minutes.
  8. Then Serve over pasta and enjoy!
Chicken Alfredo "Pizza"   (S)

Ingredients:
  • Joseph's Lavish Bread
  • Butter or coconut oil
  • Tyson ready to eat Grilled Chicken Strips, diced
  • Newman's Alfredo Sauce
  • Either fresh or frozen Squash, Zucchini, Onions, and Peppers (yellow, red and orange), slice or diced
  • Sea Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder and Onion Powder
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
  2. Take Lavish Bread, spread butter or oil on each side place in oven 3 minutes, take out flip and bake another 3 minutes.
  3. Place veggies on pan and put in oven to "roast" about 10 minutes.
  4. While veggies are in oven, Take Lavish bread and begin to prepare "pizza". Spread alfredo sauce over lavish bread.
  5. When veggies are done, spread them and diced chicken on top of alfredo sauce.
  6. Then drizzle a little more alfredo sauce over chicken and veggies.
  7. Then add Salt, pepper and other desired seasonings.
  8. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake in oven 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
